What is the Budwig Diet?

The Budwig Diet also known as or what is known as Flaxseed Oil Diet is an unproven anticancer treatment developed by a biochemist. Budwig believed that the combination of cottage cheese and flaxseed oil, a food high in polyunsaturated fatty acids, would improve the function of the cells. Clinical studies have not been conducted to determine the effects of Budwig diet. However, coffee enemas can result in electrolyte imbalance, infections, and inflammation of the rectum and colon, and burns. The alleged use for cancer treatment and prevention Evidence is lacking to support this claim. Side effects Nutrient deficiencies. Sunbathing increases the risk of sunburn and skin cancer. Remember that being healthy isn’t a trend, it is a lifestyle.
